Do I need an account to ride?
No. Booking works without one — signing in only saves your addresses, your card and your past rides. You can always call dispatch instead of using the app.
What if my flight is late?
We watch the flight. If you land late, the driver waits at no extra charge — just add your flight number when you book.
How do I pay?
A small hold reserves the car. You can settle the balance on your card or pay the driver in the car. Tolls are included; the price you see is the price you pay.
Can I change or cancel?
Yes — free up to three hours before pick-up. Open the ride and tap change or cancel, or call dispatch and a person will sort it out.
How far do you go?
Anywhere in New York, New Jersey or Connecticut. Long drives are fine — we quote point-to-point rides up to three hours.
